Just a few words of thanks to Marion Goodman: Recently, Marion represented me in the sale of my Hollywood Hills condominium. A real professional, Marion staged the condo beautifully and provided lots of publicity online and in the newspapers. On the weekends, Marion sat in the condo for "Open House". She saw to every detail and even fed the birds. We all loved her! When an acceptable offer came through, Marion's years of experience helped in the completion of sales documents and escrow information. And, as I was planning a long distance move to another community, Marion contacted a sales representative to help me find a home there. She even helped me sort through websites for suitable properties. Just before the closing of escrow, and while I and my furniture were on our way North, the Hollywood Hills deal fell through. It would prohibit my payment on the new house and the delivery of my furniture. I had to rent a place, but Marion went to work. She helped the buyer find an acceptable way to purchase my condo, and by keeping everyone"in the loop" she brought the deal to a successful conclusion in quick time. Within a few weeks, I was able to buy my new home, too!
